I created this company in 2022, but my journey into compiling and producing books has been ongoing for nearly a decade. For years, I had been interested in rail and tram systems but I felt that the then extant books didn’t meet the level of accuracy and detail I wanted. This frustration led me to start compiling my own fleet listings, and, with the encouragement of friends, I began producing full books several years ago.
Creating Comprehensive Guides for Fellow Enthusiasts
When undertaking any journeys of my own, I have always wanted a guide that gave me an accurate and comprehensive guide to fleets but also allowed me to record what I have seen. It had to be in an easy to use format that effectively mirrored how I set about my spotting. I feel the books do just that.
A Personal Approach to Compilation and Production
The compilation and production of my books is a process I handle on my own, though I always value the advice and input from other spotters and users. I work hard to ensure that each book is complete, accurate, and user-friendly. To enhance the content, I include numerous photographs of different items of rolling stock, many of which are kindly provided by friends and fellow enthusiasts. I always make sure to give appropriate acknowledgement for their contributions.
